Refund Policy

If you make a deposit payment and then cancel the service before Elizabeth Etiquette begins working on your project then Elizabeth Etiquette will refund your deposit via check within 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started or is in progress. Cancellation must be made in writing and submitted to Elizabeth Etiquette.
